Logging Into SmartSolve

Login is managed through a central authentication system using an Active Directory.

1. Open the internet browser and enter the SmartSolve® URL address.
   Result: The SmartSolve Login window is displayed.

2. Enter the network Login ID and Password.
3. Click the Sign In button.
4. Select the appropriate Organization, if applicable.
   Result: The SmartSolvePortal Page is displayed.
